We have developed this extra strong formula for the experienced Capsinol user. It may happen that the nose benefits more immediately or after a while from a higher dose of the capsaicin (red pepper). Hence this extra strong formula.
* Note: Capsinol Extra Strong is especially suitable for experienced Capsinol users. When you first use Capsinol, we recommend starting with the Mild or Original Formula. The Extra Strong may be too intense for first-time users.
Ingredients
Sodium Chloride (1.1%), Xylitol (1.1%), Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Tincture, Capsicum Annuum Tincture (with capsaicin), Potassium Sorbate (preservative).

Capsinol works really well for me. My postnasal drip which has been a great problem over the years has more or less stopped thanks to using the spray. Great product!
