Capsinol Mild Formula is a natural nasal spray based on red pepper.
The spicy feeling of the pepper lasts a few seconds and decreases (with habit) with regular use. The effect of the capsaicin does not decrease, it is actually constructive.
We therefore recommend using the nasal spray for a longer period of time, at least 2 weeks, three times a day for good results.
This Mild Formula is often experienced as more pleasant by the novice Capsinol user, because the intensity of the pepper is less strong than with the Original Formula.
The Mild Formula also contains feverfew. Due to the inclusion of feverfew, this formula is not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Ingredients
, Sodium chloride (1.1%), Xylitol (1.1%), Eucalyptus globulus leaf tincture, Capsicum annuum tincture (with capsaicin), Feverfew, Potassium sorbate (preservative).

My doctor recommended me Capsinol. I have been dealing with a runny nose for several years. Always having a tissue on hand, lots of sneezing and blowing my nose—it was really unpleasant. I started using Capsinol Mild Formula. You can’t buy Capsinol everywhere, so I ordered it online. It didn’t help immediately, but after a week, my runny nose started to improve. After finishing the first bottle, I switched to Capsinol Original Formula. I have been using it for a month now, and my runny nose is almost gone. I am very satisfied with it.

The Mild formula works great for me! And I think it is spicy enough, but I didn’t try the original formula.
