About 25 years ago, I was diagnosed with the most painful headache, cluster headache. Capsinol nasal spray soothes the pain and shortens the duration of the headaches, allowing me to lead a normal life.
With cluster headaches the pain is truly unbearable, worse than migraine headaches. It is also called ‘The Suicide Headache’ In the past, people have decided to end their lives due to the unbearable pain.

Medical authorities can’t provide answers to why this happens and do not know how to stop the pain. They’re various products they use, such as Sumatriptan injection, Zolmitriptan nasal spray, or a series of very strong painkillers. None of these products helped me relieve the cluster attacks. The cluster headache comes on too quickly and the reaction of the above ‘painkillers’ is too slow.
Side Effects
Unfortunately, all these medications have significant negative side effects on health, especially the kidneys and liver. For some people, oxygen therapy is helpful (inhaling 6 to 7 liters of pure medical oxygen per minute). It’s extremely inconvenient because you have to carry your oxygen tank everywhere just in case you get a cluster pain attack.
Headache Relief with Capsaicin
When I lived in the US, I suffered from cluster headaches.
